Noel Sanger- Dissident Music- Miami/Orlando FL Two decades, four continents, hundreds of shows and and some of the greatest dance labels in the world. Noel Sanger is an artist who has defined the term longevity, even while escaping household name status. His releases dating back to the mid 90s have been ever sought after, and critically acclaimed, and that trend, along with top DJ support, continues to this day, some 20 years down the line. Recently, along with his prolific underground outpourings, he’s seen the top 10 and top 20 of the Billboard Dance Club Chart, the top 10 and top 15 of UK Musicweek’s buzz chart, A slew of Beatport top tens and twenties, and half a dozen #1s at the reputable Kings Of Spin mixshow chart. His pop-dance side-project Starstruck (alongside Mikael Johnston) after seeing rotation and mixshow spins on dozens of terrestrial radio stations as well as Sirius/XM Bpm, was even included on the 2016 Grammy ballot for Best Dance Recording for their one and only single, “Stand Up.” Going back a few years, we find Noel releasing on global forefront label’s such as Spinnin’, Armada, Perfecto, High Contrast, Lost Language, Coldharbour, Mute and dozens more. He has remixed and worked with artists like Erasure, Nadia Ali, John Taylor of Duran Duran, Matt Darey, Soul In The Machine (with Twin Peaks star Chrysta Bell), and Markus Schulz. Even studio guru BT sought out Noel to program on his sessions for Tiesto's Grammy-nominated "Elements of Life" CD. Noel’s label imprint, Dissident Music, re-launched in early 2017 as a division of Miami’s indie juggernaut Essential Media Group, and Noel has been hard at work in the studio readying a grip of new productions and notable collaborations, with upcoming releases also slated for Dissident Music, Silk Music, Fuzion Four Recordings, Auricle Recordings and others to be announced. A career retrospective “best-of” album is planned for the Summer, and Noel’s very first and long-overdue artist album is in production and is due in late 2017. After a slight break from touring, Noel is returning to the road in 2017, and on any given weekend you will find him satisfying global dancefloors. In the recent past, he has rocked stages at festivals such as Ultra Music Festival and Electric Daisy Carnival. His South Florida residencies have hosted some of the biggest names in dance music, such as Boris, Chus and Ceballos, Victor Calderone, Michael Woods, BT, Tritonal, TyDi, Funkagenda, Chris Lake, Robbie Rivera, Cedric Gervais, Sultan and Sheppard, Roger Sanchez, Sharam, LA Riots, Manufactured Superstars and so many more. Few artists remain as relevant after as many years, but between his productions, his label, and his incredible mastery behind the decks, Noel is proving without question that the best is yet to come.
