BIOSYSTEM55

Biosystem55 have been active in the italian underground music scene since 2001. After a number of changes in the line-up, in 2007 they stably reached the present formation with Giorgio Romagnoli as voice, Marco Golinelli on the drums, Fabio Spinelli on guitar, Carlo Barbieri on bass and Simone Spolzino on guitar.

Throughout all these years Biosystem55 played a lot of gigs all around Italy, including live performances in some of the most important rock clubs, competitions or underground festivals.
Biosystem55 have always had a great cohesion, power and effectiveness of expression both on stage and in composing their songs, thanks to which they received lots of consents and appreciations from music webzines, magazines and listeners.

Biosystem55 published several EPs and LPs. To be noted, the two full length albums "2000 Just To Destroy" (2005) distributed in Europe by Casket Copro and "Get ready for the next battle" (2008).
In 2008 an official music video of the cover song "Maniac" (from Michael Sembello) was shot and directed by Andrea Basile (a well known music video director in the italian scene). The video have been broadcast on TV, including the three national music networks: Rock TV, Mtv and All Music.
In August 2011 the band recorded five new tracks at “Domination Studio” in Republic of San Marino, with Simone Mularoni as sound engineer and artistic producer.

At present day Biosystem55 are working on their third full length album and they're looking for labels and agencies interested in worldwide professional distribution, promotion and production of their music.

The music of Biosystem55 has always been keeping an "Alternative Rock - Metal" imprint, with several influences and sounds typical of the US scene. The band always liked to define the force and power of their own music as energetic, not "evil", which is also reflected in the themes and lyrics of their songs, speaking of life and of all the challenges that one may face every day.
