The Bob Mervak Trio featuring The Motor City Horns

The Bob Mervak Trio featuring The Motor City Horns was recently featured at The New York International Auto Show for Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and around Michigan at a variety of venues. Bob and his music can be seen and heard in George Clooney’s film, Ides of March. Along with The Motor City Horns, his music can be heard in the Bradley Cooper film, Hit and Run. Since 2000, The Bob Mervak Trio has demonstrated a strong musical presence in the Detroit music scene. Originally founded as a quartet (The Bob Mervak Group), members included avant-garde guitarist Ryan Mackstaller and Grammy award-winning bassist Tim Marks. The group scaled down in 2001 and welcomed bassist Takashi Iio, forming what is now known as the Bob Mervak Trio.
