Jeff Petescia (music)

Grew up always admiring music and wishing I could play guitar. Freshman year of high school I saw a kid a few years younger than me covering #41, a beautiful Dave Matthews song, on youtube and decided it was time to put down the guitar hero controller and start giving real guitar an attempt. I began playing it upside down because for some weird reason I'm only a lefty when it comes to holding a guitar, and the only available guitar at the time to mess around with was a right-handed guitar. So, i followed tab websites and youtube tutorials and obsessively played all the time. Eventually I began becoming fascinated with songwriting and started to write songs of my own. For years I kept a notebook full of lots and lots of songs and realized it was frustrating not being able to sing them. So, I began attempting to sing, and now I try recording the stuff to see how it sounds. Hope you enjoy! Upside-down guitar player and song writer.
