About Peasant's King
Formed in 2012 through a love of creating euphoric, anthemic sound landscapes, Peasant’s King have since extensively toured the UK and internationally at major festivals including Reading & Leeds and Bacardi’s NH7 Weekenders in India. The band have been recognised by publications like Kerrang! and Rolling Stone and have shared the stage with the likes of Gabrielle Aplin, Twin Atlantic, Ella Eyre, Sunset Sons and Catfish & The Battlement. To add to this the band have earned vital support from BBC Introducing and BBC/Arts Council of Wales’ Horizons programme which showcases Wales’ best upcoming music. Peasant’s King have gained numerous radio plays on BBC Radio Wales from the likes of Bethan Elfyn and BBC Radio 1 from DJs including Huw Stephens, Scott Mills and Greg James.
