Vance Joy

Really cool venue lots of food trucks and space and a beautiful setting. They need a better public transportation option to get from downtown out here. Vance was great as always but barely played an hour long set which is a bit disappointing/ short in my opinion.

An amazing show - opening act Joe Botts set the rhythm, and Vance came through with a very generous 1.5h of both older and newer songs that had normally staid Ottawa NAC audience dancing (politely) in the aisles. Great concert!

Such a great concert, he sang all my songs, super thoughtful musician he went in the back to see the people that wasn’t able to see him closely. Super nice vibe! Please come back 🩷

Excellent show! La grandeur de la salle était parfaite pour le genre de musique qu'il fait. La playlist était un excellent mélange de ses premiers succès et de nouvelles chansons. La foule aurait aimé quelques chansons de plus, ça viendra peut-être avec l'ajout de chansons à son catalogue. Je retournerais le voir n'importe quand!!

Vance Joy himself was amazing, he was so so incredible and engaging with the crowd. it was my second time seeing him and i can’t wait for the next time. The reason i didn’t give a 5 star rating was because of the security guards. My friend and some other people, about 5, has been waiting at the venue from 5.30 am 7 am and 11 am. we were the only ones for majority of the day until about 3.30pm. When the doors opened they started letting other people in before us that had arrived at 6pm!! This meant that the front row that we waited for, from early in the morning and the freezing cold all day, we didn’t get because they let others in first, well knowing we had been there all day. It made me extremely cross and furious especially then when the people who were in front of us weren’t even jumping and singing along the whole time like we were. Great concert but horrible experience with security.

Didirri is simply amazing. He captured the whole audience and his voice was amazing. Cub sport are just so cool. Tim's voice is like an angel and Dan can drum so fricken good. Sam and Zoes backing voices made the songs come together and they too sounded amazing. Vance Joy was an unforgettable dude. He was funny, sweet and overall just a really good guy. I love how he sang old and new songs!! One of the best concerts.

Best concert I’ve been to. Absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault it. By far my favourite artist, bumped into him before the show was incredible! such an amazing experience a very very lovely person very kind and polite.

Vance is very talented and put on a fun show! But he didn't perform for very long and most of his songs were hard to dance to which made for a long night of standing!

Amazing! I loved both the opening acts and Vance Joy! The only negative about it was that he went song to song to sing and didn't really say much in between so it felt like I was watching him through a screen. Though that could have been the result of him being nervous since this was his frost show in the tour. Overall a great performance.

I would HIGHLY recommend seeing him live. He is incredible and the concert flew by. On this tour (the fire and the flood tour) There were meet and greet's handed out to the first couple of people I line (like the first 15 or so) and then randomly throughout the line. After the show we met him and he was very very nice and really tall and just an incredible guy. It wasn't rushed at all and he signed multiple things for the three of us and the whole thing was very unique and amazing. Over all I would give the whole experience a 10/10 and would definitely go back.

The show was spot on, beautiful music! Unfortunately, there was a screeching banshee/ howler monkey calling in our ear most of the night. I felt bad for the performers. People, go to watch and listen to the show, and not ruin it for everyone else.

This guy is an incredible artist and everyone should take the time to see him perform. His enthusiasm for his art shines through in every move he makes and every word he speaks. 5 stars for Vance Joy!!

He dressed as a pirate for us because it was Halloween which was awesome! But even without that he was awesome at what he did and I'd love to go to any concert of his.

Venue was the biggest issue. Difficult to see stage and sound wasn't amazing. Not a very high energy concert, but that kind of goes without saying due to music style. Prefer to enjoy Vance in the comfort of my home.

The venue was the perfect size, although there was a tall guy standing in front of me half the night. Other than that, the concert was perfect. Vance joy is incredible live and I was pleasantly surprised by his opening act, jaymes young.

Vance Joy and each member of the band was pure perfection and soo nice. They took the time to come talk to us after the concert and were soo sweet. I'm still in shock.

Vance once again put on a wonderful performance! It was unfortunate that a lot of the crowd ruined the experience by using this show as a social instead of listening to an awesome show.
