Southern Scarred Band is a local, small town band who believes in representing our Texas roots in the music we play. Each one of us brings our talents and diverse musical backgrounds to form the band, Southern Scarred. Southern Scarred is a Texas country band based out of Kingsville, Texas. Founded in October 2008, the band was brought together by lead vocalist, Isaac Pineda, and is now a six piece band. Each individual talent comes together as our band shines in local bars, taverns, clubs and rodeos. The band’s chemistry and easy going nature shows at each performance. Whether we play acoustically on a Sunday night to the locals, or to a packed house, we feel lucky to be playing music and to be doing what we love. Our music does not discriminate against age, young or old, all are welcomed! Southern Scarred will put on their best show and everyone will have a great time. Our merge of musical interests and talents, steers our band towards the country music scene. To recruit new fans, and keep those faithful ones, we challenge ourselves by learning new music that keeps are fans entertained and wanting more. On any given night, it is not unlikely that you will catch us paying homage to Rock, and even Tejano music hits for fun.
