Greg is a beast and never fails to entertain. Easily one of the most creative guitarists playing today . I went home and put my whole guitar collection up for sale! (jk).
Really nice venue in Boulder. Had a great speakeasy feel in the bar area and easy access to the show floor.

As usual, Greg and group delighted, amazed and performed the most outstanding guitar sets combining this time more blues (new album) than his impossible for anyone else to play blend of rock/jazz/you name it/fusion. He was available before and after the show for free signings, smiles and photos, something Joe Bonamassa - possibly an equal - would never attempt. On a cold Sunday night after a Green Bay Packer playoff loss, Greg made the High Nooners of completely music lovers and probably guitar players feel the best possible with incredible skill and personality. If Greg and group get to your area, DO NOT MISS. You'll talk about it for years.

If you love guitar playing Greg is your man - go see him live at every opportunity & prepare to have your mind blown! Amazing feel, inspiration, techniques, tones, encyclopaedic knowledge of music + great vibes & laugh out loud humour. Certainly one of the greatest guitar players out there. Son Dylan killin’ it on those drums & Toby Lee Marshall smokin’ that Hammond organ.

An amazing show in a cozy-small, intimate venue (like a wine cellar) with mind-blowing good sound. The atmosphere was 'unschlagbar' - with the room being immersed in the great music from KMT and artists being so close that you feel like being on stage with them. Absolutely fantastic that you keep this sort of music gigs alive - thank you so much Koch Marshall Trio!

The Koch Marshall Trios recent visit to the Saxon Pub in Austin left an indelible impression with Greg, Toby, and Dylan delivering the goods! Having followed Greg through several permutations of his career, this current configuration, the Koch Marshall Trio, is by far the most dynamic and impactful representation of three supremely talented musicians' combined skill. Power trio is not an adequate adjective to describe the drive, immersive, and utter jaw-dropping musical prowess of a band that is tighter than a square knot. See them if you can. You will not be disappointed. But be forewarned, this band is the real deal and old school loud. Bring that hearing protection for smaller venues like the Saxon. Kudos fellas, you killed!

Gristle Meister what a savage two hour show last night at the Rhythm Room in Phoenix. Thanks for all the energy and great showing of the band consisting of your son on the beats and the old master on the keys. Rock Solid in everyway. Till next time ✌️👍⭐ Guitar for daze 🎸🎸🎸

.The Koch-Marshall Trio can pack a mighty rock WALLOP. Many attendees gave a standing ovation at the end of this 2-hour performance. The amount of musical roots-based-hard-rock/funk energy emanating from this ensemble is quite impressive. Last night's show SLAMMED.

If Koch-Marshall Trio is performing within 4 hours of where you live, and you are a rock disciple, MAKE THE DAMN TIME TO ATTEND THE SHOW, DOGGONE IT!
Personally, I have been willing do drive from the center of Michigan's lower penninsula "The Mitten", all the way to MeeLeeWawKAY, that's 6 to 6-and-a-half hours , to see G.S.K.,esq., perform. They're that good.

Greg is a master player who is severely under rated. All 3 musicians put on a smoking show! The ease with which they handle their respective instruments is amazing. The show made me want to go home and practice. Lol. See them WITHOUT FAIL if you get the chance. Already can't wait until they come back..... I'll have to get my Koch jams on You Tube until then. 🤘

What a night! Superb musicianship from the trio! A guitar lovers dream! I could have done without the wanna be cowboys walking in the club but that’s not the bands fault. It’s the venue’s fault and Greg & Co. should have been given more time to talk with fans and sell merch without the Cowboy disco but I guess venues need to do that to stay open. Anyway, go buy tickets to see Greg Koch and buy merch! It’s so easy to support these guys, they’re fantastic!

Oh WOW! I k ew Greg Koch was good but…. That was over the top. I left the Cornerstone in Berkeley CA floating on cloud 9.
What an amazing performance. This is a once in a lifetime must see show. If you are a music enthusiast. You gotta see the Koch-Marshall Trio.
I can’t say much more. They have my highest respect. Daym. I’m still amazed.

Ali Handal was a great opener with Dylan and Toby from the trio. The second vocalist was great. This was my first time seeing the Greg Koch Trio live and they did not disappoint. Greg is one of the skilled and versatile guitarists around. The strong rhythm section made them one of the best trios around. We had dinner and the food was great along with our preferred seating which was right in front of the stage. Will definitely go to the Iridium whenever my favorite artists comes through NYC.

Greg and the Trio were gristletastic. Half the fun was watching his son killing it on percussion with a massive smile on his face. Greg's connection with the audience is so unique. Sweet Tea was a highlight for me along with Because We've Ended As Lovers. He said he will likely link Seattle in with future tours when he comes west for NAMM. I will pack earplugs next time. A tad 📢 loud.
Seattle, WA@Triple Door
Greg’s tasty licks crammed into a short set due to lame 10’clock city ordinance. Dude will play all night. Living guitar legend. Dylan’s drumming is reaching another level after all the road time. Kid is Bono-level precise/aggro. Toby on the ivory with the Leslie and the Hammond drawing out the emo and even a tear. All is well in the church of chickenpickin.

The Koch Marshall Trio is as amazing live as they are in the YouTube videos. The concert was as much a guitar lesson for me as it was entertaining. Great guys too. Definitely a DO NOT MISS performer when they are in your town

The band: Koch Marshall Trio is never a bad experience. Greg, Dylan and Toby bring all the energy for an epic show. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the entire time. The skill level of these three musicians is amazing and they are completely locked in to each other’s rhythm. Though the performance is clearly fine tuned, there’s still something special and intimate that feels as if you’re being privy to a pro-level jam session.
The venue: big let down here. The Venue. did not have their sound system working properly so several vital mics were not functioning. The business would not answer the phone and does not take table reservations. Standing room only for those of us just there to see the band. Several patrons who were at tables aggressively confronted others who were standing to watch the band. Very crowded and be prepared for serving staff to constantly be passing on all sides.

The world needs a new guitar hero...and it should be Greg! But can we keep him our little secret until we get one more small, intimate show like this one?! Totally killed at Club Cafe in Pittsburgh...his first time in town! His band is absolutely stunning, and Greg lets them step out and show their chops. Greg is funny, a hell of a nice guy (hung out until everyone left), and so talented in many styles and genres. Please come back, Greg...before you get super huge!

The KMT rocked the house. Masterful guitar work, pounding drum beats and a keyboard player with two brains since he handles the bass with the left hand and dominates that Hammond organ with the right. For 3 guys they put out a wall of sound. They earned maximum respect for making themselves available after the show by coming out front and meeting the fans. Greg, Dylan, Toby were gracious, approachable and friendly. Great guys and a great show.
Ferndale, MI@The Magic Bag
Epic show. Greg looked at his watch and the packed house and said he’d start 30 mins early then ripped for over 3 hours. Tickled his Gristle master for most of the set, but he chewed up the Gristle 90 as well before heating up his glorious flamed cherry burst LP for the last couple of songs. Dude is a living legend. Toby Marshall on keys didn’t even need to bring his Leslie, or his Hammond because Todd leaves his spare onstage. Heavenly keys. Dylan kept em in time and man I’m tellin ya KMT at the Rooster is better than almost anybody almost any Chicago, or St Louis joint. Mad-Town Music Rules!
Madison, WI@Red Rooster
Greg Koch put on an amazing show despite near zero temperatures and a long commute from the last gig. Greg's skills are out of this world and Dylan and Toby killed it. The three of them can certainly put on a show!
It was my first time at this venue and I would definitely return.

Greg, Toby, and Dylan put on an amazing, intimate show at this amazing little non-profit performance venue. It was a special night that I'll always remember. As I told Toby after the show, I kept waiting to hear a mistake and there just wasn't one. All three guys killed it, but being a guitar player and a big fan of the Gristle Master, Greg had me mesmerized with his guitar pyrotechnics. He even signed my autograph guitar before the show. A great night was had by all.
