The Cosmic Vampires

The Cosmic Vampires could have been born as the result of an experiment in the lab of Dr. Phibes, who happens to live in Roquetas del Mal, Almeria city, Spain. They define their sound as a "surf terrorifico del espacio exterior" - terrifying surf from outer space! Their influences include garage rock ‘n' roll, instrumental sound tracks, ultra lounge, psychobilly, Mexican wrestling, B-movies, sci-fi and horror movies and all that other nasty stuff that we wholeheartedly approve of. On the lead guitar is Baron Fatchivo delivering double fast picking riffs taught by the devil himself. El Piña is the skeleton of the band and plays the rhythm guitar. Emilio Vladark on Bass and Monica Vampira on Drums keep the rhythm section tight. This monstrous family also includes Mr. Cosmico on laser saxophone and Dany Monster on the farfisa, not to mention that they are one of the Dead by Mono Records "in-house" most appreciated band. So shake that shrunken head on a stick, swing those shovels and dig the chilling, thrilling sounds of the COSMIC VAMPIRES!
