DJ Allie V

In the span of less than 5 years, Allie V has made his mark on the electronic dance music scene. From humble beginnings in his second home, Canada, he has grown to become one of the most sought after Canadian and world ranked Producer/DJs. His sets have fast become unprecedented, implementing an explosive take on Electronic Dance Music. Starting off in his second hometown of Waterloo, Allie V quickly made a name for himself with a heap of club-smashing underground releases rotated at his weekly resident nights in the area's 3 Top Nightclubs as well as the weekly live Allie V mix show on 88.3 FM. From there things began to grow in a progressive state. As well as producing undeniably popular House remixes for a mountain of popular artists including Rihanna, Vita Chambers, Tritonal, Dada Life, Major Lazer & Pharrell to name a few, Allie V began to appear on the bills for large events, opening for big names and better… HEADLINING bigger venues in other cities including DJ MAG Top 100 Clubs, Beta Waterloo, Guvernment & Circus After-hours among many others. Fast forward 4 and a half years loaded with crazy nights, touring, music releases & progress and in September of 2013 Allie V was diagnosed with two virus’ that put a bump in the grind. These virus’ caused swelling in Allie V’s head damaging parts of his brain, forcing the talented DJ/Producer to lose all of his mobility and speech. Although normally fatal, Allie V reached a full recovery after 6 months of heavy rehabilitation and physiology, making this experience a turning point in the young DJ's career while elevating work ethic and progress to an all time peak. In light of his recovery and wanting to make up for lost time Allie V struck a massive distribution deal that has placed his music brand in 240+ Digital Music Outlet Stores in over 120 markets worldwide. In addition, Allie V released his highly anticipated "SLAMMED EP" at the end of June on respected Toronto music label, 6N7 Music just in time for the summer. Three quarters of the EP was selected and featured on a WMC/Ultra Music Festival compilation in Miami before its release. Festival promotion and performances, themselves, have been on the rise and Allie V has fully submerged himself into the midst with a massive force of growing momentum towards 2015 where promises of things most could only dream about are ahead for this young producer. Smashing through every set slot given and tearing through every musical masterpiece touched inside the studio walls, Allie V doesn't look to be slowing down anytime soon and has a killer blossoming fan base more devoted to the cause than Ghandi.
