St. Lenox

St. Lenox is the music project of Andrew Choi, who works as an attorney in New York City. Choi’s albums have received significant critical acclaim, with Stereogum proclaiming Choi’s voice “one of the most striking instruments in music today.” AllMusic states that the St. Lenox records “have resulted in some of the most unique and unconventionally thrilling pop music in the late 2010s.” Notably, Choi’s record, Ten Hymns From My American Gothic charted at #68 on PopMatters’ Best Albums of 2016 list. His most recent record, Ten Fables of Young Ambition and Passionate Love charted at #43 on PopMatters’ Best Albums of 2018 list, and also made AllMusic’s Favorite Indie Pop and Indie Rock list for 2018.
