Sun Collective

Sun Collective are an eight-piece ensemble of classical and jazz musicians drawn from Ireland’s leading groups, including members of Crash Ensemble. They’re led by songwriter and composer Caimin Gilmore, who's currently on tour as double-bassist with Lisa Hannigan (At Swim world tour).

Sun Collective celebrated the release of their eponymously titled debut album with an intimate performance at D-Light Studios, Dublin, in June 2017 and subsequently supported Lisa Hannigan in a run of Irish shows in October and November. They will perform at this years Woodford Folk Festival (AUS) with funding from Culture Ireland.
