McHone has since released two more solo records, Still Life (2022) and Pentimento (2025), along with two EP’s, Camera Varda Variations (2022) and ODES (2024), via MERGE RECORDS, and recorded and toured five albums as a member of the rock ’n’ roll group, Daniel Romano’s Outfit (YOU’VE CHANGED RECORDS).

There's no such thing as a bad Carson McHone show. Shoot, there's no such thing as a mediocre Carson McHone show, even. She always amazes. But, this release show for Carson's new album "Carousel" was something even more special than usual. The performances of "Sad," "Drugs," "Gentle," and "The Spider Song," were particularly lovely. Go buy the album; you'll be glad you did.
