Excellent! Even when the house sound got shut off on his song that he requested, he kept his composure and didn't skip a beat! It took about 5-10 minutes to fix and then he commenced to firing up Safeco to an amazing encore! Great Concert! 5 Stars:)

Sound was not great on the first night of Arroyo Seco Weekend, diminished the experience of a show I'd been looking forward to.

I've seen petty 4 times. All I can say is wow what a nite. Good sound. Music. Petty is the best concert I've ever been to.

One of the top 3 concerts I've ever attended, sold out, great crowd and awesome music that still sounds as good as ever.

An amazing show Tuesday night with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with special guest Gary Clark Jr. Gary Clark Jr. Got the crowd roaring right off the bat. This local boy turned international star seemingly overnight. His blues-soul-r&b provided a little of everything for the capacity crowd in the Frank Erwin Center. I've never been to a concert that started at the time on the ticket, but Mr. Clark took the stage at exactly 7:30 and played a strong 55 minute set. About a 40 minute changeover and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers came on to a standing ovation from the rabid Petty faithful and radio hit curious. They did not disappoint. The set list touched on almost every part of the celebrated 40 year career of the songwriter and his trusty, hall of fame inducted band. The set list was heavy on the hits, and rightfully so, as far as the reason for the tour. Two hours later we were all exhausted but still left wanting more. And that's a good thing. In the advertisements Petty announces "This is the one we said we'd never do." But he made it abundantly clear that rock n' roll has no age limit. Here's to many more. If you missed this, you missed a piece of rock n' roll history.

For the most part it was great show. And the crowd was really into it. But there was one technical glitch that went on way too long. During one of the songs off the Wildflowers album the PA system cut out completely and we could only hear the bass. The band played on so it seems their monitors were working fine. The tech crew should have stopped the song at that point and we would have given them the benefit of the doubt but they plowed on through. Other than that it was a great show that ended too soon. I guess they can't all have Springsteen's stamina.

What a concert! Totally blew me away! Aside from the music, Tom is very entertaining anyway! Joe Walsh was excellent too! Just an all round great show!

Tom and the Heartbreakers lit up the night. Rain soaked the fans and so did the southern rock that poured from the stage harder than the storm. He's given us his all for 40 years and last night he proved he still more to give.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' 40th anniversary concert was everything you could ask for! The band can still draw in the Young as well as us old timers.

Fun, phenomenal show. Tom Petty was such a kind and humble man, very appreciative of his fans. They played for two hours and rocked the Garden. I feel so fortunate to have been able to see them.

This was my first Tom Petty show and second time I've seen Steve Winwood. Thought they were both great. Petty seemed to be in a great mood talking to the crowd, telling stories, and it made the show that much better.

A great mix of new material and classic favorites! The venue itself is not as good as I am used to with expensive food, beer, parking and merchandise

Steve Winwood was as awesome as ever, as he filled the Cruzan Ampitheatre with songs from the early seventies. Can't find my way back home just got us started Medicated Goo and Low Spark of the high heeled boys was missing only one thing: Dave Mason? As close to Traffic and 1971 as your going to get unless we can get Steve and Dave to reunite. Empty Pages and Dear Mr. Fantasy left me wanting more Traffic, plenty of material for sure. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers may have had more fans and they didn't disappoint any of them last night.

I have liked Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers since their "Damn the Torpedoes" album...but never saw them in concert until last night. Wow! What a fantastic show!!! They are better in concert than on the record. Would definitely recommend going to see them live. Worth the price of admission..and then some.
