Basement

AMAZING..would love to see them again.. considering they werent a headliner (Coheed and cambria was headliner) and one of THRICE 1st shows after a log hiatus, Basement had an amazing pit going!

I was there for Basement, and man they killed it! The others were good as well of course but damn Basement is good live.

I was in the complete front at the railing it was pretty awesome they performed well, the problem i had was more with metro, if your in the front at metro you can only hear 1/8th of the vocals. They could really adjust the sound to boost up the vocals. My other complaint was for the first 3 songs for guage away first 2 songs for nothing and the first 4 songs for basement they had these photographers in front of us. It was rediculous why did there have to be 10 photographers in front of us and why did they have to be up there the longest for basement. Also another metro complaint i had was the bodyguards were pretty aggressive and not doing thete job right. Instead of catching croud surfers they would just shove them back or shove them into the ground and were just super pissed off the whole concert. Basements performance was great! Nothings performance was actually suprising. And guage away just gave me a headache lol.

basement did an incredible job, the crowd lacked energy but that's to be expected given the circumstances, i wish they had merch available for purchase, overall a great experience

Ecca vandal were an exciting, if unusual and unexpected, support band. Joyce manor were brilliant, although the mix seemed a little off. Basement played a disappointing setlist - their newer material just hasnt the same grit and character of their earlier work. The mix was also terrible - bass and drums far outshining he nuances of the guitar, something essential to enjoy the band. All in all a good performance though.

Basement was amazing. I loved it so much. The line up bands were great. For being my first Basement concert id of course give it a 10 out of 5 stars but it sucks that an amazing band like them had to play in a small venue with barley any space to breathe. It was hardcore I loved it. But I hope to see them preform somewhere a little bit bigger. An night to remember I love Basement so much.

It was super high energy and all around fun! Even the headliner bands played awesome sets. This show was a great one, and I would do it all over again if I could!

Fantastically I've been listening since 2011 and finally was able to see them live. So much positive energy in the pit. Please come back. Stop going to the wiltern. Or include a venue like the glasshouse when you do. Basement is best experienced singing along in the pit or crowd surfing :victory_hand:

i loved it, i just wish his mike was louder. i could barely hear him though half the songs. they were really good besides that

the most fun i've had in a long time. not only did basement kill it, but the opening acts were just as amazing

Great show, second time seeing them and I still want to see them again, really talented band. Friendly crowd, great experience, I hope they come back soon.

An encore would have been sick! And the lighting made it hard to see them but they played great and i copped some sweet merchandise!

FUCCING SICC Andrew sounded like he was struggling a bit in comparison to other times I've seen them and the set was rather short, possibly in correlation with vocal strain, or completely unrelated. Regardless, the performance was engrossing and atmospheric as they always are

Everyone played great sets and the crowd couldn't have been more fun. It was my first time seeing Defeater live and first time ever hearing Colleen Green. Both artists were phenomenal. Turnstile brought the most energy, starting with "Canned Heat" from Step 2 Rhythm. The crowd was what anyone could've asked for at a hardcore show: a wild pit, lots of fans packed like sardines up front, tons of crowd-surfing, and LOTS of gang vocals with Brendan Yates. I made a relentless effort to shout with him as much as possible. In my opinion, they were definitely the energetic climax of the show. Basement was definitely a great closer. The energy was a bit cooler than Turnstile as their music is a bit more laid back. They played music from three albums, covering all of the styles Basement's discography entails. All in all it was a blast and I got a snazzy new Turnstile hoodie.

amazing experience. Basement is one of those rare bands who can do no wrong. Not to mention that Turnstile and Defeater's sets were some sick and crazy shit. Colleen Green was a chill opener to get the crowd warmed up.good stage presence. good crowd energy. 10/10 show.

It was amazing! I've been listening to Basement and Turnstile for a while and it was good to finally see them live. The energy at the show was amazing! Can't wait to see them again sometime!!!

This was the absolute best time of my life. I enjoyed every second of every act and even cried when basement came on because I love them so much.

The concert was incredible.. Goose bumps all over.. Perfect sound, performance and choice of songs. The band was unpretentious and very cool - no rockstar bullshit. Thanks for that!
