What started out as a part time job helping his Father DJ Weddings at the age of 16, grew into a passion that has lasted 17+ years. As a child, Tony Mancuso a.k.a. Tony Platinvm, was always into music. That love of music, morphed its way into him stereotypically joining a band in High School after teaching himself to play guitar at the age of 13. The Rock 'N Roll career may not have lasted long, but it certainly was the spark that led to a life that has revolved around music. For a solid 10+ years, Tony Platinvm has held residencies at every major venue in his hometown of Albany, NY. Tony Platinvm is also one of the go to choices to entertain travelers and summer vacationers in the resort areas of Saratoga Springs & Lake George, NY. Since 2011 Tony Platinvm has had a recurring guest residency at Public House NYC as well as recurring guest mixes on "The Sounds of Now" (a weekly EDM Radio Show on Friday Nights on 91.5FM WRPI Radio in Troy NY) His growing resume has left him positioned to be billed alongside such artists as: Chuckie, DJ VH1, David Solano, The Phantom's Revenge, Alex English, reKLES, & Digiratti. What's Next for Tony Platinvm? Taking his unique & energetic style of performing to new audiences and different cities. He is also rounding out his EP of Original Bootlegs as well as working on an EP of Original Music, which will focus on Vocal & Electro House. With hopeful release dates of mid to late 2013.
