About The VAM Commanders

The VAM Commanders (VAM) play loud, fast, and occasionally naked. They are known for their high-energy live shows and singalong choruses. Cark is the genre name, of which confusion rock is their game. Influences include diverse elements of rock, metal, reggae, rap, disco, ska and more. Formed in 1998 in Ashland, Oregon (USA), they've recorded six albums and played opening slots for large acts like Vanilla Ice and Green Jello. In 2011, after a 10 year hiatus, the band has started rereleasing deluxe versions of all their albums and has begun work on a brand new album set for release in September 2014. We'll play your fuckin' town.
