After receiving two Technics, a mixer and a shed load of house and jazz records from his Uncle at the age of 14, Trebor has been a passionate DJ ever since. Things really took off for him in the South West, being part of the team that put together and still run Origins. As resident DJ for the events, he has been lucky enough to rub shoulders and receive accolades from some of house and techno's finest including Midland, Ame, Joy O, Skream, Hunee and Bicep. Back in the South East, 2013 saw the launch of his own vision, A Retrospective Of House, a series of parties celebrating the history of House music. Put together with his Uncle Robert, the kind donor of the equipment that got him into DJing and inspiration behind the questionable DJ name ("as long as you can back it up with a good story..."), its provided him an opportunity to explore and share his back catalogue of records that started his passion for the sound. He now runs his own podcast, The Vitamin D series. A monthly mix, showcasing the music he has found or refound in that month. Although staying close to his house roots, it has a 'as long as I can mix it' attitude, taking in a lots of jazzy, deep and soul influences, but overall positive vibes. He brings together old and new, exploring the depths of the sound and its many styles, jazz, disco, soul, garage, all laced together with a warmth and groove. Having never found his way in production, his main motive as a DJ is simply to entertain through the music he loves.
