at its most fundamental, beyoncé’s renaissance show is an orgasmic spectacle — a cornucopia of boundless extravagance played to song. in the opening song of the show, she suggests, “it’s not the diamonds, it’s not the pearls, i’m that girl.” and here is a show that confirms that statement as fact — that even if she were performing in the dark, no pump or frills, she would still deliver a mouth-watering show. and yet, she doubles up, wielding sound, light, and technology; bending bodies and twisting vocal chords — what results is a gargantuan monument of a concert; a massive blockbuster that winds you, knocking you off your feet from the very moment she steps foot on the stage, welcoming a screaming crowd to the next chapter of her seemingly never-ending story. a new high. an extra peak. a renaissance. ever the perfectionist, beyoncé’s show is sharp, but in tune with the theme of the album, she for once lets loose and allows room for something more human amidst the futuristic storytelling and robotic accompaniments (think of the precision of the robot arms during “COZY”, juxtaposed with the frantic energy of beyoncé’s arms right behind them). her energy is just so bounteous it is blinding, infecting even those on the periphery. on the tour — as in her music — beyoncé collapses time and space so that she transcends beyond both (watching her body-rock [a 2023 dance craze]in the middle of “Diva”, a song from 2011, was like a maddening fever dream, and yet there it was). she leaps through the air on a disco horse during “SUMMER RENAISSANCE”, dances on a moving runway during “BREAK MY SOUL”; she sings out of a clam-shell and swaggers on an armored truck — and not a single strand of hair is out of place. after every achievement that affirms her as one of the very best to ever do it, one has to wonder where beyoncé goes from there. but if the renaissance tour is any indication, she will always find ways to get higher than this.

This was my EPIC musical experience of the summertime season❣️ The Queen 🐝 expresses her self fully and appreciatively to and in Her hometown, leaving everything on that elongated stage and runway. The music, dance, media, coordination and integration of crowd added to the high effect of the experience. The consummate, graceful and giving professional artist and entertainer showed, demonstrated nothing but love for 3 hours! Thank You Beyoncé ❣️

Beyoncé was amazing but SOFI was a terrible venue. Sound quality was bad as were visuals for those of us sitting on the side of the stage. SoFi should have big screens on either side of the stage. The tiny screen was hard to view and inexcusable considering the ticket prices.

This was my first time seeing Beyoncé and Omg it was everything that I dreamed of since I was a little girl watching Bey on my TV screen 🥹. It was raining cats and dogs in DC but that didn’t stop Beyoncé from putting on a great show. She truly is the greatest performer of our generation. Love her forever and I’m so happy I was able to see her live finally. Great show and I recommend everyone go see her!!!

The show was great. Queen Bee was energetic, upbeat, beautiful, nice variety of old and new songs. The dancers were outstanding, colorful, entertaining, upbeat and synchronized. Loved the twins performance, the band was slamming. They were top quality. Loved seeing the women prominently displayed in the band. The staging was superb. Loved the big screen, because could not see her very well on stage. Was not aware Beyonce had migrated to exposing so much skin on the screen and foul language. Not my cup of tea. She is an icon and influencer on the minds and morals of the young and we have enough poor models and icons showing negative behaviors and language. She has so much going for her without these characteristics. Music was very loud, but not a negative. Loved Blue Ivy. Really appreciate Mom showcasing her. Sends great message about family connections. The CSC events staff and security were absolutely FANTASTIC. They were friendly, professional, consistent, helpful, serious about their job and on top of their game. Kudos to that team. Great performance,

Did I have fun? YES! Did Queen Beyoncé put on an amazing show? YES! Would I see her again? No, and that is just me. It is nothing against her as an artist, because she is amazing, but she is not my cup of tea. Also this was my second show at FedEx Field, I sat in the 400s for each show, and both shows almost everyone stayed seated. I have been to others and sat at the top and stood, not sure why everyone stays seated in the 400s when the rest of the stadium is all standing? Still had a good time, but it was a different experience.

Nous avons eu droit à un mega orage ⛈️ mais c’était un show avec une expérience unique , part contre niveau ambiance dans les fosses et gradin c’était carrément nul aucune ambiance ni chant ni danse rien .. le son étais horrible vraiment l’acoustique est a revoir dans ce stade

Amazing show I was at with my friends and it made it even more dope! I will never forget how much fun we had and I mean audience and Beyoncé with Jay. You really could see that they were satisfied. They got stuck at the stage and they had to go down using the ladder. I still can’t believe I saw Beyoncé go down by the ladder🤣

The Carters put on an impeccable show. It was like watching one of the grandest musicals speaking about real issues of love, parenting, heartbreak, reflection and perseverance. Beyoncé was all awesome: her sweet and strong presence, her powerful voice and incredible dance moves. Watching Queen Bae and Jay-Z interact was a testament to a strong man honouring a stronger woman. Their show also had messages of social justice and they honoured all their colleagues. Just brilliant! Best show I have seen yet!

Great stage set-up and visual effects. Sound, vocals, and performances were awesome too. I especially liked their movies they made for in-between songs. The only thing I thought was in poor taste was how they only let their opening acts use less than a quarter of the screens. So you could only see a very truncated view of their shows. That’s lame and was pretty boring.

Two Hour wait to get in.. only to find out was in wrong line. security was an absolute Joke!! Missed all of the opening acts.. Concert was still Perfection!! Seats were under $200 but close to the stage.. Weather was clear and cool Jus for the concert, which was wired But Wonderful!! Definitely better that first OnTheRun Tour!!

The Best I ever been to. Wish my daughter could’ve met her. Bey and Jay are a awesome team. I love them. When we got home. I walked into the kitchen. I heard my baby girl going up stairs. She stop middle ways and said thank you Daddy. They filled her up and she filled me up. All I can say is Beyonce is The Greatest ever. I wish the night never ended.

was disappointed that on the day the Queen of Soul passed...there was no mention of her at the concert. The concert was fine, but I can't respect that. At least have a moment of silence.. DJ Khaled coulda spun an Aretha song..something! I know Beyonce has honored her.. and dedicated the Detroit show to her.. I just thought something would be said at least.. I'm sure many in the crowd were hurting and grieving.. would have been a healing moment.. just to hear a few words of RESPECT for someone that you know paved the way.. it was just odd. I dont get it js

The show was amazing and it was beyond my expectations! I love Beyoncé more than anything and she did not disappoint! This was my first concert ever and I am happy that I had the chance to go to this one for my first. I hope Beyoncé has another tour because I would love to go again! I didn’t know a lot of Jay Z’s music but I enjoyed his performance as well, he did so good and kept the crowd on their feet! Much love for the both of them!

The show was amazing. With a duration of two hours, they were both punctual, everything was well-organized. Both the visual and musical content were a piece of art! The only problem was the stadium (not the artists’ fault tho), people were walking around during all the concert, smoking, and bothering the ones that were there appreciating the show.

The Show was AMAZING. It was also my first concert so of course I was super hype. I have never seen Queen Bey live and in person so I was sooooo amazed at the performance. She gives everything she does her all and she proved that at this show. The crowd was amazing also. Everyone was singing along and dancing. And Bey showed signs of shock that her fans are such die hards. She is an amazing person and so was this show.

The concert was amazing! DJ Kaled opened, not the first choice in my books, but it went with the hip-hop theme of Beyoncé's latest works. I could see backstage from where I was sitting, and I wasn't expecting that, but it was very cool watching the dancers warm up and everything. I even got to see her leave in a shiny Black Cadillac Escalade after the show was over. I'm grateful that I brought binoculars though because I sat in the nose bleeds one time at an Alicia keys concert and I had a completely different experience. This time around I felt FRONT ROW. The show was so awesome. :-))

The show was amazing! I already knew that the show was supposed to be fantastic. But I never thought it would gonna be THAT GOOD!! I have never expected that she could share and also transmit us her power during the WHOLE concert. You could really feel the energy. Her perfomance was expectacular and she had such a great and strong voice on stage.The BEST show my family and I have EVER seen, seriously.

This concert was so amazing, the best I have ever been to. Beyonce put on such a spectacular show and she is the most perfect and cutest person alive. The production was so spot on and I was smiling and entertained throughout her whole set, I would love to see her again.
