In Dallas,TX Oct. 2001, Washboard Jackson and Km Williams meet on-line. When Washboard, after listening to Km's short mp3 clips, emailed Km, "would he mind Washboard kindly sitting in on a few numbers at his next show". Km quickly obliged with a reply. Simply saying "yeah, come on. Do what you feel..." 2001-2011 saw Trainreck, ( as a duo), releasing a grip of studio and live CDs and playing venues across the deep-south and mid-west. Including the historic, the famous and the infamous. In October 2011, Trainreck added their long awaited 3rd member, Handy Award winning harmonicist Jeff Stone, from Chicago's South-side. October 2014 found the addition of members 4 and 5 with Dubber Hammet on second percussion and Scott Lindsey on bass guitar. Today Trainreck still plays live frequently. The band's core sound is maintained as today's most innovative force in Blues music, by founding members KM and Washboard. Trainreck- critically acclaimed Deep Blues band. They've released many CDs and played venues all across the U.S.
