The concert itself was GREAT but the East Bleacher seats aren’t worth much more than $5-10. $23 is overpriced for a non existent (maybe minuscule is a better descriptor) view of the band. I know the Fair needs to make money but I will be positive never to book one of those seats again. Could have probably stood outside the grandstand gate for free and would have been happier because still could have listened to the band but not had to pay for those particular seats. I was so so happy to hear the music. Been listening for over 18 years and LOVE the band (and saw them in concert at Alive Fest about that many years ago) so nothing negative about the band. Just the dorky seats

The Casting Crowns concert at the Georgia was great. The crowd was enthusiastic and the group played all their hits. My only complaint was with the venue. Don’t go to Georgia Mountain Fair if you have any mobility issues. The handicapped parking area was on an unpaved hillside. Luckily, we were able to flag down a golf cart that took us close to the entrance. Getting in the ticket area was still difficult. When the concert was over we were told we would have to find our own way back to the dimly lit parking area! Had we know this we would never attended this venue. We weren’t alone in this situation. Luckily we were able to get a venue staffer to take us back to the handicapped parking area after the the concert traffic had mostly dispersed. This was at least an hour after the concert. Don’t know the area and we will never know how this venue is able to operate without better arrangements for visitors to the area. The staff was helpful, but this is a terrible venue for anyone with mobility issues. 5 stars for the group-zero stars for the venue. Be forewarned!!!

The show was amazing, as Casting Crowns concerts always are.
The venue left a lot to be desired.
We had floor seats, and what should have been good seats, according to the map were actually pretty bad. People in front of us kept hats on during the whole show, and one person would not sit down. Really limited how much we could see.
The concert itself was fantastic. A very uplifting and spiritual evening.
Thank you Casting Crowns, and GOD Bless YOU!

About Casting Crowns
Casting Crowns is a Christian band that employs a soft rock music style. The band was created by youth pastor Mark Hall who also serves as a lead vocalist. The band previously served and performed in a youth group in Atlanta.
Discovered by, among others, contemporary Christian music legend Steven Curtis Chapman, Casting Crowns got a recording contract and vaulted to popularity in 2003 with songs such as If We Are The Body and Who Am I.
Before Casting Crowns was created they were known as New Life Rookies which split into two bands, one being Casting Crowns and the other a smaller band South Avenue.
