Story of the Year

The whole concert was amazing. The venue was wonderful, a lot of people packed into an area though so be prepared. However every performance was phenomenal, Ally Nicholas, Origami angels, Silverstein and Story of the year. Best performance ever, will he talking about this night until I'm senile.

This was my daughter and I 3rd time seeing Story of the Year and like usual they did not disappoint. We love the energy they bring and how they interact with their fans! Also, one of my favorite things is seeing the various age groups that attend. My daughter is 12, and Story was her first concert at 10! It gives me such joy that she loves to jam out to the bands I have listened to for years!

Brought my 14 year old son to his first concert ever for this show and it did NOT disappoint!!! The opening bands were amazing, and these guys blew off the roof! There was a good size mosh pit and my son even got to crowd surf. He sang every word at the top of his lungs. The energy was so amazing! Best show we've gone to in awhile.

Armor for sleep and story of the year were fantastic. Senses fail had a really poor mix for their instruments and Buddy’s sounded really strained. Plus his mic seemed to have effects that made it even worse, so I left in their set as it was disappointing to try and watch/listen

The show ruled. Story of the Year’s computers and earpieces and monitors stopped working. They killed time for about 7 minutes before starting to just play by ear. Real rock music. You could tell Dan was super concerned about putting on a great show and worried they didn’t sound as good. I’m here to say that even without the earpieces and computers they sounded excellent and it was super impressive!!! Awesome show! Come back soon!

A fan since 2003, SOTY never fail to blow my mind. I’ve seen them three times in just over a month between this, WWWY, and Warped Tour, and every show was amazing! Sidewalks in Philly was the pinnacle for me! I will forever love this band Until the Day I Die!!!

Story of the Year put on incredible show for their 20th anniversary tour for the best emo-punk album ever made, Page Avenue. It was so high energy & fun! They sound great live. Amazing musicianship & Dan’s unique voice is gold. They had some hilarious banter intermingled with a rockin’, high energy, s**y show. I loved it, one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to, in my top 3 of all time. Thanks guys! Will be coming to your shows again in the future.

Story of the year was fantastic. I did the meet and greet and while they were uninterested team hoisting me over their heads as if I were a majestic eagle, they were kind and fun and signed a boatload of loot for my GF, my son and I. They even signed my questionably odored shoe. They sound great live, better than on the album, they go hard, have high energy and great crowd interactions. Would recommend, 6/5 star wars podcast points.

When you've been waiting 18 years to see a band you have been listening to since you were a teen, you know it'll be one of the best shows you've ever attended...and Story of the Year delivered!!! From start to end, the crowd was wild for SOTY as well as Behind Crimson Eyes and Senses Fail. The venue was also a perfect choice considering many rock bands of the 2000 - 2010 era would play their first Sydney gig. Definitely a night to remember for me!

The concert was incredible!! I bought the VIP Meet&Greet, and unfortunately, I just missed it by the time I got to the venue. The young lady who was checking VIPs wasn't that helpful. At the end of the night, I found out some of the other staff that worked House Of Blues were looking for me after the first person told me to come back at 6. Smh. But it was still a fantastic night!

Loved the show!! They really gave it their all and it was epic as ever. Was blown away by there yellowcard, the used and more mashup. Such a great set!!! The platforms were the best touch and helped the people in the back really see SOTY. The merch was expensive $50 for a t-shirt!! Wish they had tap at the merch table. I was hoping for stickers, patches or buttons. The guys looked amazing and played incredibly.. just wow!!!

Such an amazing VIP experience! I highly recommend buying VIP with SOTY if you can. They are such nice guys. The venue was wonderful and the set was amazing. I have been listening to SOTY for 20 years and can’t wait to see them again. They played Page Avenue and some newer songs- they always kick a*s 🎶

Amazing from start to finish! Youth Foundation is the newest band on the bill but they played liked a veteran pop-punk post-h******e band that has been doing this for a decade already. Four Years Strong was loud and in your face as always, but it never stopped you from wanting more. Seeing Page Avenue in its entirety, with a sprinkle of their new album was a mid-30’s w*******m. Story of the Year played their songs like it was 2004 and had a fun tribute to the time period during their encore. If you still have a chance to see this tour, DO NOY HESITATE TO GO!!!

Great show from SOTY. Sounded close to album quality. The guitars on FYS were way too muddy and the vocals made it hard to even hear which song they were playing. Youth fountain was good but the mix was so loud you couldn’t actually hear any of the music. Bummer that the opening acts didn’t get god sound engineering for the venue to be depicted well.

Story of the year was great... mayday parade not so much... and then yellowcard was okay. But I don't think it's necessarily on them.. I just think I'm not as into that genre anymore. Definitely not a rock concert for sure, should've drove to Tampa for Mudvayne.

This was an amazing concert. They were playing with Yellowcard and both band’s debut albums were 20 years old! Both have “Avenue” in the title too. I grew up with these guys and it was my first time seeing them. I was always so broke as a kid it’s nice to be able to see these bands that have made such an impact on me. They played mostly stuff from Page Avenue which was amazing. They rocked! I will always be a SOTY fan! Long live the early 2000’s rock!

Unreal. Seriously blown away, I’ve been a massive fan for years and never had an opportunity to see them and last night gave me so much hope that these wild dudes are far from done. Also the bassist standing over me during the throwback mashup was hilarious and badass. Keep up the great work lads!

the whole night was insane and awesome but story of the Year please come back to Nashville Tennessee and bring as many as old bands as you can I really appreciate when y'all did the tree view about all the other bands where y'all were singing different people songs in that last song y'all all did was amazing

Best show with the best band. It rained but what is rain to a Floridian? My first time seeing my favorite band, it blew my mind hearing them open with And the Hero Will Drown as it was the first song of their’s that I heard all those years ago as a high schooler when I picked up Need for Speed Underground.

Opened with And the Hero Will Drown! What more could you want from Story of the Year. They pushed new album Wolves fairly hard which seems a really good album and songs from Page Avenue were littered here and there. They surprised us by ending with kind of a medley of cover songs by artists including Taking Back Sunday and My Chemical Romance which was very reminiscent of the noughties emo phase. An excellent show from these guys so don’t leave it 10 years before you come back to the UK again!
