Damn

In 2015 two guys started, who knew eachother from a band, a small recording project. These two guys were Joey Van Kempen and Maik Snippe. The project was about number that was called: The Beasts At Night. While time passed they were working hard number and there came more and more to it. When the song was finally finished they came to the conclusion to start a band together. And so is the rock/metal band DAMN emerged, with their first song: The Beasts At Night.

The name DAMN is came by a lot of brainstorming. Why was DAMN the chosen name? It is a word with power, that almost everyone knows and there for it is describes perfectly what the band is about.

Eventually by trying out a lot of things, DAMN now is a four piece formation.
Bastiaan Krans on rhythm guitar, Dennis Pruisscher on lead guitar, Joey Van Kempen on vocals and bass guitar and Maik Snippe on the drums. By a lot of rehearsing they wrote a lot more songs and to fill up their list the play some cover songs from bands that had inspired DAMN. A few of These songs are: The Trooper - Iron Maiden, Ace Of Spades - Motorhead and Whole Lotta Rosie - AC/DC.

It's always a big party with DAMN. They have, for example, blasted the roof of a motor club called Black Eagle. They have opened for some bands. They opened up for bands like Katana from Sweden who were on a tour through Europe.

DAMN is a band who are standing on stage with a lot of energy and their whole heart. The stage is kind of a second home. All that happens on stage is done with passion. With a passion to perform, with a passion to entertaining the public and with passion to play the instrument!
