About The Drams
The Drams are a new band formed in the ashes of Slobberbone's demise. The band consists of Brent Best, Jess Barr, and Tony Harper of the former Slobberbone "fame" and Keith Killoren and Chad Stockslager formerly of Budapest One. Like their predecessors, The Drams hail from Denton, TX. The band first played in the spring of 2005 and has since played a handful of gigs throughout Texas as well as a mini tour across the country with Glossary. They released their first album, Jubilee Dive, on July 25, 2006 on New West Records, which will likely be praised as one of the best albums of 2006 and also appreciated by author Stephen King, the hometown crowd as well as many people from around the country.
Some of their songs include "The Truth Lays Low", "Hummalong", "Fireflies", "September's High", "Shortsighted", "When You're Tired", "Des Moines", "Winterlong", "Truth Lays Low", "Unhinged", "You Won't Forget", and "Robert Cole".
