Amsterdam Faya Allstars, A colourful band of musicians in which the unique expertise and musical background of every member is brought to the table. The mixture of this illustrious sextet leaves no musical style unaffected…on the contrary: jazz is being mashed with ska latin and funk, with a hint of raw reggae, speedy surf and ragged rock. To sum up: Amsterdam Faya Allstars = party!
They won the Akademia Award in the USA for best World Beat Album 2016 and the band went on tour in 2015 in Japan and South Korea. They do that also in 2017 incl Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
