About Smokey Bastard
Formed in early 2007, Reading-based Folk-Punk outfit Smokey Bastard released their first full length album, “Propping Up the Floor” in 2009. After releasing "Tales From The Wasteland" in 2011 on Bomber Music, the sextet toured the UK and mainland Europe, played a live Maida Vale session for the BBC Radio 1 Punk Show and countless festivals. Their third offering, “Back To The Drawing Room” was released in November 2015 following a highly successful Pledge Music campaign. With a more progressive approach to rhythm and song writing, Smokey Bastard are pushing the limits of what you thought Folk-Punk could be.
