About Houston Scott Band
Houston Scott, a native of Richmond Va.has been playing harmonica in Va.and throughout the United States for the last 30 years. He has has played with well over 1000 bands to date and frequently sits in with with local and national acts. Some of his more notable appearances include Micheal Franti, Blind Boys of Alabama, Peter Tork (Monkees), Dickie Betts (Allman Bros), The Marshall Tucker Band, Eric Krasno of Soul Live, Micheal Travis (String Cheese Incident), DJ Williams, Donna Jean Godsheaux(Grateful Dead)The ZenTricksters. Houston currently plays with his band, The Houston Scott Band based in Richmond Va. He has recently recorded on Bill Leverty's (Firehouse) latest solo CD. He plays harmonica on Man of Constant Sorrow. Look for Houston to be in your area soon...
