Beyond the Pale

Our music can only be described as powerful, energy-driven entertainment. A variety of musicians forming from a variety of different musical backgrounds, together with the common goal and purpose of producing energy driven powerful music. Former members of Motara, We Stole Snowy and Facing Flatline came together to change the way people perceive metal and have added a less serious and more light-hearted approach to their music. Avoiding clichés and creating their own sound is what has put this band on the map. Our aim has always been to bridge the gap between deathcore, metal and hardcore subgenres appealing to a variety of fan groups. Beyond The Pale shows have always been about providing an entertaining “party” vibe for the audience while performing tight, professional music. Over the past 2 years we have been exploring other cities and have received great support from Joburg especially, taking part in Witchfest 08, Slamfest 09 & Seasons Wither 3 & 4. In November 2009 our single, Melt Your Face was included on the international compilation Killcity 19 produced by 272 Records in Hollywood California. Our track was aired on 25 American university radio stations as well as in music stores around the country.
