Thesis

THESIS was founded in 2007. A similar vision and close ideas gave birth to first rehearsals. Then came the time for writing songs. When enough ideas were gathered, the band booked Green Studio in Cracow, Poland for June 2007. In October 2007 the record is finished and ready to be spread around the world. At the beginning of 2008 the band releases 'THESIS Promo 2008' containing two songs out of nine recorded during the summer recording session. Being a little fed up with the old stuff and feeling the new energy flowing, the band is starting to write new music, more complex and more psychedelic than before. In the meantime, the debut album "Channel 1" is released as a free download on Thesis' official website (as well as in the form of a collector's digipack CD with 5 bonus unplugged live tracks) on September 9, 2009, receiving positive reviews both from fans and the media. Thesis is featured in TV shows in Poland and plays live. A track from "Channel 1" - "Like a Child" - appears on the Polish Radio "Trojka" compilation "Minimax vol. 5" prepared by Piotr Kaczkowski, a radio legend in Poland. This is a big achievement by Thesis, as this song was chosen from more than 1000 songs sent by various Polish artists. In 2010/2011 Thesis is terminating the promotional efforts for "Channel 1" by playing a Polish tour in November, December 2010 and January 2011.
