The Cocksure Lads

Originally the New Newcastle Dungarees, The Cocksure Lads formed in the early 1960's. After a string of minor hits in the mid-60's, the band briefly challenged for the title of "England's fifth biggest band." This year, after decades of legal wrangling, a Cocksure Lads Greatest Hits package is finally being made available. When asked about it during a rare interview a few months ago, the band's former lead singer Dusty Fosterboard merely remarked, "About bloody time."
