About King Alexander
Canadian singer-songwriter Rawle Alexander Harding is twenty seven, stylish and musically talented. He was born on April 13th 1989 in Georgetown, Guyana. When he was only three years old he immigrated to Canada in 1992 to begin a new life with his father. At the age of 9 he was sure that he wanted to pursue music. He was passionate about singing and song writing. The arts and studying musical theory were always his main interests in school, where he also played several instruments such as the baritone, the trombone and piano. He sang in his school choirs, at talent shows and church functions. As one of Canada’s new upcoming songwriters Rawle loves to create music with smooth R&B/soulful grooves mixed with light Pop flavor coupled with electrifying dance beats. His musical goal is for his fans to enjoy his music that he strives to make relatable, enjoyable, soulful and fun.
Rawle credits his musical influence to Usher, Boys 2 Men, R. Kelly, Luther Vandross, Michael Jackson and other artists like Chris Brown. Rawle has been busy working in the studio on several upcoming singles including his new single “Alone." He has teamed up with some of the hottest producers and song writers from Toronto Canada, Los Angeles, London England and Atlanta. Rawle has been working hard and will be releasing an intimate EP titled “Find My Way", set to release in the year 2018.
In 2010 Rawle started his own music management and talent development agency named King Alexander Entertainment in Toronto. He began interning with larger agencies such as Chris Smith Management under Chase Parsons who managed superstar songstress Tamia Grant Hill, Andreena and Canadian rapper, singer and record producer Saukrates. In 2010 to 2011 he also went to Atlanta Georgia where he landed a spot on a cable music talk show “The Ultimate CMV”. There he interviewed some of the industry’s biggest music producers like Darin Epsilon “North America’s leading figure in pure Progressive House” and others like Tommy Guns who is known for being one of the masterminds behind producing the American rapper Mims hit single “This is why I’m hot”. As well as Famed Broadway stars such as Chester Gregory. In 2014 Rawle also landed the role of manager to the 2011 American X Factor winner Melanie Amaro . The X Factor USA was a reality television music competition created by Simon Cowell a partnership between Cowell and Sony Music Entertainment. The American version aired for 3 seasons 2011-2013 in the United states. The show is still airing and very popular in the U.K. and other parts of the globe.
Rawle is now focused on his artistry and music he is working towards being a successful singer-songwriter. There is more to come for him as he aims to perform live shows in front of music lovers and on TV Breakfast talk shows. As well to get his music on radio and begin airplay on some of the best FM and internet radio stations around the world in the near future.
