Anklepants is the long-running experimental electronic music and performance project of Australian artist Reecard Farché.
Combining original electronic music with live vocal processing, custom-built musical instruments, wearable controllers and body-integrated performance systems, Anklepants has developed a distinctive performance practice spanning clubs, festivals, galleries and experimental art contexts.
Since the first Anklepants release in 2004, the project has evolved through a catalogue of albums, EPs and international performances while continually developing new instruments, software and performance interfaces documented through the Metadexterious Instrument Archive.
