About DJ Vince Black
Dj Vince Black (aka Dj Spasm) has started his career in 1996. He was one of the pillar of hexadance, the swiss techno agenda. He was one of the first Dj’s mixing with cd’s in the beginning of the 90’s! During this almost 20 years of experience, Dj Vince Black has been able to acquire a high level of mixing capabilities as well as an outstanding quality of sound. He actually mix by combining well known software and midi controllers. His current music style is somewhere between deep house and techno.
Dj Vince Black has also been active as a producer of tracks. Back in the late 80’s, he was playing and programing synthesisers in several bands. Famous bands such as Depeche mode, Front 242, Kraftwerk, DAF and die Krupps were his sources of inspiration for both programing sounds on machines and writing tracks. As time passed by, he explored the various possibilities and the creativity that famous keyboards such as Emulator, Oberheim, and Roland could offer. In 2014, Dj Vince Black revisited the generic of the famous tv serie Game of Thrones. In a more minimalistic area, he produced a track called Danger. All his productions belongs to his label SubSpasm records.
Dj Vince Black played mainly in Switzerland : Q-club (zh), Unit club (be), Lovezoo (ne), Globull (fr), Cult, Balelec, La mine (vd), L'ancien & Nouveau palais, Bypass, Le garage, La tour, Le goulet, Le planteur, Rdv club, Lake parade (ge), Les hivernales (vd), Marché de printemps et d'automne (vd).
