Andy Palmer led his band, Grub Street Writer, to a nomination for Denver's best roots rock band in its first year of existence. That same year, Andy's debut album 'Sometime Around' received 'Denver's Best of 2012'. Andy's a former Brooklyn, NY public defender, whitewater rafting guide. A quiet meditative recluse and adrenaline junky stuffed into a shell. He and the band perform regularly. Gritty alt-folk rock at its finest.
