1) bond is an Australian/British string quartet that specializes in classical crossover music. bond has been described as the best selling string quartet of all time, selling over four million records with their style of music. The quartet consists of Haylie Ecker (first violin, from Perth, Australia), Eos Chater (second violin, from Cardiff, Wales), Tania Davis (viola, from Sydney) and Gay-Yee Westerhoff (cello, from Hull, England).
2) A guitar-based pop-rock quartet on Sony's Work label. They formed in the late 1990s. Members are Steve Eusebe, Jimmy Hogarth, Scott Shields, and Martin Slattery.
