Gormogon

Mixing deathcore, thrash, and progressive elements, GORMOGON provides complex riffs with bone-crushing breakdowns that will keep you moving. After forming in June of 2011 in St. Louis, Missouri, GORMOGON quickly began to pump out a ton of original material. Within a few short months, they began their local career and promoters were drawn in by their unique sound and involvement with the crowd. After months of regular performances around St. Louis (see list below), GORMOGON recorded their first demo with engineer Gabe Usery at Encapsulated Studios in Maplewood, MO, which, within two months, had reached over 1,800 plays, and is constantly drawing in new listeners. They will return in December to record their debut EP, Vanished! GORMOGON has been featured in both Inspirer Magazine and Pop Vulture magazine, spreading the word about this new metal act all over the country. As far as future plans go, all members plan to continue to write music and tour in the near future. With a large arsenal of carefully crafted songs, you can expect a wide variety of original styles and sounds from the music they produce.
