The Dispute

The Dispute started out as a project made up of members of two other bands, Liam Croft and Peter Wills. They added Kieran Moran to the mix to take up lead vocals and the band became Eclipsis. After their first gig with Liam, Pete and Kieran, they enlisted bassist Jonathan Sharpe to complete their line up. After Jono joined the group they became The Dispute. In spring 2012, after being told many times that their sound was 'a bit empty' and 'the stage looked bare', they started looking for a rhythm guitarist. Shortly after, Jonathon Halsall joined the band as rhythm guitarist. In late 2013, Kie made the decision to leave the band. Since then, Liam and Jono have shared the role of lead vocalist, with lead guitar duties alternating between Liam and Jonathon. The Dispute took an extended hiatus at the start of 2014. They now have plans to write and record new material for release at the end of 2014. CURRENTLY INACTIVE band from Rainhill, England who play Alternative/Hard Rock music.
