Who is Alex Wood?

He’s the result of a love affair between the lush, analog sounds of the 80s and the driving tech house grooves of modern day.

Since 2012, Alex has been entertaining crowds across the east coast. Both his brand and his craft have been shaped from almost a decade of DJing and throwing events of his very own. After winning Orlando Weekly’s “Best Electronic Act” of 2018, he relocated to Los Angeles, CA to further develop his brand and hone his skills as a music producer.

So far, it’s paying off.

Alex has shared the stage with a staggering amount of artists: Eric Prydz, Benny Benassi, Chris Lake, Tchami, Green Velvet, Sasha, Shiba San, Jauz, AC Slater - the list goes on. His dynamic mixing abilities have also landed him support gigs for a variety of different acts spanning multiple genres, including Diplo, Knife Party, Marshmello, Zeds Dead, Flosstradamus and many more.

Whether he's opening for a touring artist or headlining a show himself, one thing is certain: Alex knows how to work crowds and rooms of any size.
