A true diamond in the rough, DirtyHarvard aka biz started his life under less than fortunate circumstances. Growing up in the foster care system while in Los Angeles, he would first run into music after being exposed to the drums at the age of five. What started as a child expressing his curiosity soon turned into a passion, and he would play the sticks professionally during his teenage years. He has always had a wide range of influences, and while he may play songs from 2Pac and Timbaland, he was quick to put on some Phil Collins or Dave Matthews Band all the same. By the time he ventured into the industry with a career in music on his mind, he would cease to try to place his sound within the boundaries of a genre. Doing everything from indie rock to hip-pop, the artist also known as BIZ’DHVRD would release his debut album in 2017 before going on sold-out tours in the United States and Canada in the following years. His sophomore effort, “AMAZING,” is out now on all platforms and shows the best of the versatile artist’s skill set while he continues to branch out with his new podcast series “GasmasktribeTV w/ BIZ.”
