Top 3 concert of all time! Beautiful intimate venue. Masterclass in vocal harmonies and melody by NEW DISCOVERY The Hackles. Superb vocalists and each a multi-instrumentalist. Then we come to Alela. Chance discovery - saw Alela and her dad play short live set during Glastonbury in TV studio back in the day. To Be Still album out then I think? Instant connection with those lovely looping melodies and THAT VOICE. Generational talent I believe. Yes - that good. As talented as Kate Bush I believe. Took 14 year old son to see tour show at Band on the Wall (or Deaf Institute?), Manchester, UK 2011/12 I think. He was 14 and first proper gig. Dad & son thing so special memory. All these years later found “Howling Wind” and the MAGIC of the whole “Looking Glass” album unfolded. Songs of beauty in these dark times. Travelled from UK to Belgium with family including son number one to see the gig. Fell in love with Belgium and its lovely people along the way. Never travelled abroad for a gig before but just had to be there. Spellbinding performance by Alela and my new favourites The Hackles as support & then backing band. All deserve to be HUGE and remunerated appropriately. Dam those rip-off streaming platforms! Bought lovely green T- shirt by way of apology. Thank you all! Hoping that Alela’s team do better job of SoME marketing & general promotion. Also on-line merchandising. Want to buy more stuff to say “Thank You” again. Xxx Dad from West Yorkshire, UK.

En apesanteur ! Le plus beau concert de cette artiste tellement talentueuse et attachante. En trio avec ses amies Mira et Heather, Alela Diane nous a emmené loin portés par sa voix si particulière ,les harmonies vocales. On en redemande !

Sublime folk singer/songwriter in a very intimate setting. Alela Diane is one of my favorites and this concert did not disappoint. In spite of the very warm (not air-conditioned) temperature in the Abbey!
