Since their formation in 2000, Devious has released 3 full-length albums and 2 EPs of thrash suffused death metal, all received with praise by metal fans & press worldwide. The band has built up a solid live reputation. Devious always delivers a pure 100% energetic full-on metal show and has done so with hundreds of shows in The Netherlands and throughout Europe. This reputation has led them to European tours supporting Krisiun (2006) and Entombed & Merauder (2009) and a headliner tour in Poland (2007), as well as several festivals like the Dutch Zwarte Cross, Bevrijdingsfestival (Ov.), Eindhoven Metal Meeting and Elsrock and the “Lithuanian Wacken” Devilstone Open Air festival. As for 2013, Devious will continue their boost of productivity. Plans are forming in favour of a new official video, to be released in April. DEVIOUS’ live plans include a travelling indoor festival, involving some highly talented metal bands and sponsored by JACK DANIELS and LARGE. The studio light will be switched ON late 2013, for the recordings of a new concept album.
