Borderline Personality Disorder

Borderline Personality Disorder was founded by the duo of Paweł (guitar) & Robin (drums), at the end of 2009 in Bielsko-Biala, Poland. The guys had been looking for the right people with determination and skills to set up just a good metal band for a long time. The decisive moment was autumn 2009 when it came to accidental meeting of two guys, completely unknown to eachother – Paweł and Szymon. (bass guitar), who made a rapid decision to join the duo. After a few weeks Jakub Kos joined the band. The young guitarist from the band ARANEA, who charmed the boys his playing at one of the concerts. The band began to create entirely new material and set themself as an influence such metal tycoons as Lamb of God, Pantera, DevilDriver, or Vader . They were still looking for appropriate person, who would growl over that noise. It turned out that there was no need to look for that far away, because in February 2010 Jakub's brother Filip has joined the band. In February 2011 Szymon decided to leave the band. In this line-up B.P.D. gave some concerts. In June 2011 the band recorded the material which officially came out in October 2011 in the form of EP "Borderline Personality Disorder." Mix and mastering was done in No Fear Records Studio in Rybnik and Tomek Dzimira from Dynamic Design is responsible for cover art and graphic designs. B.P.D.
