Dustin Paul has been singing in the studio and in front of live audiences since he was 14. Previously, Dustin Paul was the front man of a band whom attracted millions of views on YouTube, played at major music festivals, and performed on national television. In 2015, he signed a publishing deal with The Royalty Network out of NYC. Two days after signing, he got his first major label cut with RCA/Sony Music. Since then, he has gone out on his own, writing/collaborating and singing for many talented producers, songwriters, and DJ’s; like Diego Miranda (rated one of the top 100 DJ’s in the world). Their song “Shiver” was recently play-listed on RFM national radio – one of Portugal’s most listened to radio stations. Partnerships such as this have led to groundbreaking career achievements for Dustin and his collaborators. From charting top 10 on the iTunes/Spotify viral charts on various occasions, to winning an International Portuguese Music Award for his song “I Keep Coming” with DJ/Producer Michael Teixeira (“Best Dance Performance” also nominated for “Song of the Year”) and much more. Winter 2018, Dustin Paul will debut himself as a solo artist with his debut single/video “Good Day To Be Alive.” (Check out the song/official music video by clicking here) Months before the official release, the song has been licensed as the rolling credits song in a major documentary film, entitled “Roll With Me,” which is currently premiering at various of the most prestigious film festivals across the country. The critically acclaimed documentary, backed by 8-time Grammy nominated artist – Avril Lavigne, directed by award winning Lisa France, and produced by the Emmy winning Thom Beers, has already picked up two illustrious awards along the way. The song itself, was named a winner in the 2015 International Songwriting Competition- the biggest songwriting competition in the world, with over 18,000 submissions from 120 different countries. Additionally, in September 2016, “Good Day To Be Alive” was announced a winner in the Unsigned Only competition. In the fall of 2017, Dustin signed his first recording contract with the infamous Liberator/Mushroom Group.
