Self Proclaimed

Self Proclaimed is a four piece Pop/Punk-Alternative Rock band from Sacramento, CA, that formed in early 2009. Self Proclaimed has drawn from many influences from the 80's, 90's and early 2000's music, with such bands as Blink 182, The Starting Line, Saosin, Def Leppard and Saves The Day. The band has went through a few line up changes including guitar, bass, and drums but settled on their current line up in mid-2011, with Jef joining the band to play drums. After playing their first show together in August 2011 at The Fire Escape; Self Proclaimed has went on to play with such national acts as The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Secondhand Serenade, Family Force Five, Hell or Highwater and Rehab at such venues as The Boardwalk, Ace of Spades, Old Ironsides, The Assembly and many more. Having released one EP, Radiator Season (2012), two singles, Looking Back (2013) and California (2013), and a music video; the band has finished up recording and is set to release their second self titled EP in Spring 2014.
