thelucyhammondband began in the summer of '08. Returning to her first love, music & performing, after 18 years dedicated to raising her family, Lucy assembled a stellar lineup of talented musicians. With an early background in Gospel music, Lucy spent her teens in traveling performance choirs, and gospel groups. Moving on to the secular performance arena in the early 80's,she performed with the "Cobalt Blues Band", "Geneva" "Loose Talk", & "The Tag". Currently recording an all original CD,"Proof", TLHB is looking forward to a early February 2010 release of the project.
