Floral Terrace

Floral Terrace was an indie pop rock and roll band based out of the northern suburbs of new york city. Founded in 2008 by vocalist Justin Olori and guitarist George Bosotina, they found John Damiano on drums to finalize their original lineup. John recruited longtime friend Oneil Andrews to play rhythem guitar to help shape the bands sound. Originally Justin played bass, but the band recruited Anthony Najarian to improve the live show. Many lineup shifts occured as the band endured an intense touring schedule throughout 2008 and 2009. Their first tour was a short run with Set it Off and they never went home. During that period, they toured with Goot, the ready set twice, We are the in Crowd, Thieves and Villains, Backseat Goodbye, Life on Repeat + more. 2010 started off very slow, touring with a multitude of unknown bands on very small tours that only made things worse for the band. Throughout all the lineup changes it was always John, George and Justin. By summer 2010 the band was able to get Anthony and Oneil back on board and the band wrote some of their best music during that time (late nights bright lights, hey, Save me ETC) . They enetered the studio with producer Jim Wirt (Jacks Mannequin, Incubus, Action Item) to do the better life EP ended off the year touring with Paradise Fears. FT started off 2011 capatalizing on the newest popular social network and embarked on the "follow me on twittour' with For The Foxes. They toured with Southeast United States with Under Spinning lights immediately after and the band stayed out on various small tours all spring. Warped Tour founder and owner Kevin Lyman put the band on a week of warped tour. When summer ended, the rigorous 8 months of touring straight, on top of 3 years of ups and downs had worn the band thin and they have been on hiatus ever since. Various musical projects have sprung up from everyone involved in the band. Flo Teezy has played with SLEEPING WITH SIRENS, FOREVER THE SICKEST KIDS, THE READY SET, WE ARE THE IN CROWD, SET IT OFF, HAWTHORNE HEIGHTS + MORE!
