Goodbye Fairbanks

Goodbye Fairbanks is one of the hardest working bands in Switzerland, having toured tenasciously all around Europe and even in the US over the past years. After their US-tour in early 2011, the band met up with Grammy-Producer Matt Goldman to begin work on the band’s second album – an exciting record that should turn heads when it hits Swiss record stores March 16th 2012. Besides angst-ridden pop/rock anthems and quieter tunes, the record contains songs that are different from anything the band has ever done. Be it mystical electronic influences or traces of rootsy Americana - the album holds many surpises. Lyrically, the album tells tales of wanderlust and coming home, of abyss and new beginnings. The record is self titled because it speaks for itself and represents the band completely.
