Secret Romance

Formed in mid-2011 and been described as ‘one of the fastest growing local bands’, Steel City’s own answer to Papa Roach continues to grow by the day, showing that there is no rest for the wicked. The band have created more than just a buzz in their hometown of Sheffield having been featured in some of the cities most distributed print magazines as well as countless mentions on some of biggest websites of the local area. All this In turn has let the band to gather a following and hometown gigs to be packed out! The band have played venues in Sheffield such as The Hop, DQ and more iconic and well known venues like Corporation and O2 Academy Sheffield where major artists like My Chemical Romance and Green Day have took to the stage, all bands of which have been an influence on Secret Romance as well as older bands such as The Clash and original punk rockers Sex Pistols. The band has released their first EP ‘Broken by None’ on the 13th July 2013 and their single ‘March’ on the 18th January 2014 to which a music video was shot and debuted on the 20th June 2014 already having hits on YouTube in the thousands. The guys have supported pop rockers Room 94 on their headline UK tour to a sell-out crowd.
