Downpor is an up and coming band from Newton, NC. Emerging into the music scene from a foundation of faith and worship comes a melodic, yet heavy hitting Rock band. Complicated guitar riffs and a heart-pounding tempo combine with rock solid vocals to deliver heart-felt lyrics. The music of Downpor exposes darkness and all of its snares to the Light. Unashamed and unapologetic, their music brings Truth to listeners and encouragement to all. After a 3 year break, we are back!!!! We are a hard hitting Rock band with heavy music and a positive message. We will be hitting the studio soon to record our Sophomore album to follow up "Ended It All".
