Amazing gig, from an exceptionally talented band - absolutely loved the latest single 'Strong'. Can't wait for the new album and next local gig of theirs in January! King King are literally that - King !

King King played a fabulous set at The Drill, Lincoln much appreciated by ourselves and the rest of the audience. They played many of their well known and popular songs but with an extra special twist and treated us to a couple from their upcoming album. Fabulous guitar solos from Alan and Stevie. Brilliant evening with support from the lovely Laura Evans.

We thoroughly enjoyed King King and Ben Poole! Playing with Fire put on a great event. Thank you @vanessamarie We saw Cardinal Black the second night and now we're fans. Chris Buck couldn't have been nicer. What an unexpected bonus on our trip to Omaha.

Great night with King King guys. First time in Cottiers Theatre and the acoustics in the venue are superb. Support was good but only did covers. King King did a 90 minute set covering Nimmo brothers stuff and King King numbers.

What a fantastic night. First time at QMU and a great little venue! The guys were on fire and for me, probably the best I have seen them. May the Christmas gig stay in Scotland for a long time to come. Looking forward to November 25.

Fabulous Christmas gig, King King sounding exceptional in their home town, Glasgow. Belting out old favourites and a selection of new tracks from their forthcoming album release, had the fans shouting out for more. Rock on boys!

One of the best bands I’ve ever seen perform. Super talented musicians and excellent vocals, and for me the songwriting was outstanding (and is so often overlooked). I will see them every chance I get!

Ich war wieder hell begeistert von dieser Band, das sind derart perfekte Musiker wie man sie selten zu hören bekommt, bei KingKing werde ich auch ein drittes, viertes ……. Mal zum Konzert gehen, super Lokal und so nah bei der Band! Bitte weiter so und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Had a fabulous time at the King King Christmas Party. They were as brilliant as ever and the support bands Brave Rival and Catfish with Alice Armstrong were great too.

This was my 3rd UK gig for King King but we have also seen them twice on the Keeping the Blues Alive 5 day cruise from Athens so we know the guys and their music very well. They are a brilliant hard rock band with 5 very gifted players led by a superb front man in Alan Nimmo. They have built a huge following and tour across both the UK and Europe with great success . They will take part in the American version of Keeping the Blues Alive next year and I have no doubt that the Americans will love them , particularly the kilted warrior frontman with the fabulous voice like the great Paul Rodgers. The gig in Aberdeen’s Lemon Tree showcased King King’s class and the big midweek crowd loved every minute. This is a very special band and hopefully they will extend their fan base across the Atlantic .

Great gig , support was brilliant especially Rebecca Downers , highlight of her set cover of Led Zeppelin 's black dog .King King as fantastic as I the last time I saw them.

First time I’d seen King King live and certainly won’t be the last time. From the moment Alan Nimmo and the band walked on stage to ‘Highway to Hell’, they were fantastic…every song a crowd-pleaser. The venue was also great, small but intimate and perfect for gigs such as this. Glen Tilbrook was also a fantastic support, just him and his electric guitar…but that was all that was needed and he held the audience in rapture through a collection of Squeeze classics. Most enjoyable evening

The band was top notch as always, great sound and entertainment and beat the sh*t out of Ant and Dec on a Saturday night. HOWEVER I found the venue & staff / security (Showtec) at 02 in Leeds, spoil the night. The watery lager was charged at £6.70 a pint of P***. The toilets were in a disgusting state of repair and smell. The building is past its sell by date and covered in scaffold, in an earlier life being a swimming pool, unfortunately some of the water from the pool was left on the toilets floor. As usual, after paying an extortionate amount of ticket fees, the band had to finish early due to a student night commencing after the King King gig. So we only got 90 minutes of the King and missed out the usual finale songs, followed by being herded out to the exits by young, over keen to impress, so called security average age of 20. Having been to many gigs in my time (as I am over 21) I object to being treated like a piece of sh*t and talked to as if I am doing them a favour for being there and keeping them from their friends on a Saturday night to play silly student games. Keep the Music / gig nights separate from the childish student activities and crappy electro musac, instead of trying to maximise profits and cutting REAL gigs short. NOTE TO KING KING MANAGEMENT: USE BRUDENELL CLUB NEXT TIME IN LEEDS. WELL, You did ask for my review. !! KING KING RULE.

Ihr wart der Wahnsinn, wie zu erwarten tolle Band, hammer Blues-Rock. Für die Ohren und die Seele war der Gig einfach eine Wohltat. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Die MusicHall Worpswede ist klein und gemütlich, aber bietet genügend Platz. Leider war die Lautstärke zu hoch. Alles in allem, trotzdem ein super gelungener Auftritt mit Witz und viel Scots on board. Danke.

Superb gig. Gerry Jablonski Band were brilliant as ever and King King were magic. Capturing axsprit and feel at times that took me back to my early teens of late 70's easy 80's listening to Whitesnake in their much morexblues driven hard rock..

This was my first King King gig but I am a huge fan and friend of the Gerry Jablonski Band who were supporting them. King King blew me away with their raw power and brilliant blues rock numbers. Alan Nimmo is a colossus front man but the whole band bristles with class and high energy. Jablonski were the perfect foil with front man Gerry’s blistering guitar riffs combined with harmonica man Peter’s flashy accompaniments ! What an amazing evening of classic Scottish blues rock - WOW !

An amazing show as usual, everyone on top form but sad that it was one of Lyndsey’s last gigs, brilliant venue as well and my wife who has mobility difficulties and was using her wheelchair was treated like royalty with a great spot on the balcony 😊🎸

Amazing, good choice of set list. Did not disappoint. Sound great, excellent band, very much bringing their brand of music into the spot light. Come back please! Could not fault.

The guys were amazing, like always!! They blown me and the rest of the audience away. And for me the show is always too short... but after the gig is before the gig. So I'm looking forward 🙏
